Operating in a lean subsidiary environment and in close cooperation with Lamor Group functions, Lamor India places strong emphasis on effective administration, financial control, and statutory compliance. To strengthen its operations, Lamor India is seeking a hands-on and capable Administration Manager for its Navi Mumbai office. The role covers overall administration, finance and accounting coordination, statutory and corporate compliance, as well as HR administration, and requires the ability to manage these areas independently while ensuring full compliance with Indian regulations and Lamor Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Accounting

    • End-to-end responsibility for accounting, bookkeeping, and financial close activities

    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Indian GAAP and IFRS

    • GST, income tax, TDS compliance including filings, reconciliations, and assessments

    • Coordination of statutory, tax, and internal audits and closure of audit observations

    • Cash flow management, working capital monitoring, and treasury operations

    • Banking relationships, trade finance instruments including LCs and BGs

    • Accounts receivable monitoring and collections in coordination with Sales

  • Management Reporting & Commercial Support

    • Preparation of management reports and MIS for India Management and Lamor Group

    • Annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises

    • Monitoring project and contract profitability against approved margins

    • Financial review of sales contracts including pricing, payment terms, and risk exposure

    • Review of supply and vendor contracts, cost structures, and payment milestones

    • Support business decision-making with financial analysis and insights

  • Corporate Secretarial & Legal Coordination

    • Undertake the role of internal coordinator for Company Secretarial matters

    • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, ROC filings, board resolutions, and statutory registers

    • Liaise with external Company Secretary and legal advisors

    • Support Board and Management meetings including agenda notes and documentation

    • Ensure timely execution of governance and compliance requirements

  • Human Resources & Administration

    • Oversee HR administration including payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory HR

      compliances

    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes in coordination with management

    • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and HR policies

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory HR requirements

    • Support office administration, vendor coordination, and general administration

  • Governance, Ethics & Controls

    • Member of Lamor India Management Team and Key Managerial Personnel

    • Custodian of Code of Conduct, ethical standards, and internal control environment

    • Identify financial, compliance, and operational risks and implement mitigation measures

    • Safeguard company assets and ensure prudent use of resources

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce CA or MBA in Finance preferred

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or subsidiary environment

• Experience handling multiple functions in a lean organizational setup is strongly preferred

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
• Hands-on experience in taxation, audits, treasury, and compliance
• Understanding of project-based and contract-driven businesses
• Ability to work independently with limited support resources
• High integrity and strong compliance orientation
• Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a lean MNC subsidiary environment

In this role you will report to the Country Manager – India, with functional reporting to Lamor Group Finance in

Finland. The position works closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and external professional advisors.
