We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

The main goal of the position 

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and smooth coordination between production and logistics. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organization, and a deep understanding of warehouse best practices in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Delivery Manager /Warehouse Manager in supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high operational standards.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of goods movement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., LEAN/HAILER software).

  • Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Collaborate and support transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment planning.

  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Warehouse Manager as necessary.

  • Train and onboard new warehouse staff.

  • Ensure effective space utilization and help plan warehouse layout improvements.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sectors is seen as an advantage

  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management and HSSEQ is a plus.

  • Forklift certification and experience in operating warehouse equipment is an added advantage
